As a new mother in the Hudson Valley, I sought a natural solution for my daughter Wilhelmina’s eczema, frustrated by the synthetic-laden, toxic products on the market. This search led me to rediscover the ancient wisdom of tallow-based skincare.

Leaving behind a career on Wall Street, I felt compelled to create something meaningful—products grounded in sustainability, simplicity, and the timeless healing power of nature.”

My Neighbor's is a female-founded, mother-owned brand grounded in sustainability, simplicity, and tradition. We handcraft our skincare in small batches using both tallow-based and vegan formulations—always with integrity and intention. Our animal-based products feature grass-fed & finished tallow from regenerative farms in New York's Hudson Valley, like Kinderhook and Liberty Farms. For our vegan line, we use only organic, non-GMO, and regeneratively grown botanicals. Every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced—often directly from the farmers and makers—using traditional methods like dry rendering to preserve nutrients. The result: skincare that's rich in vitamins, omega fatty acids, and time-honored wisdom.
